Lead Facilitator:  Deborah L. Hendrix

Deborah currently works for Alpine Technology Corporation, a leader in providing superior software and equipment to the Waste Industry.  She is a sales rep and manages the office.  Alpine is a national and international company with over 300 clients.
 

Deborah worked for Junior Achievement, a non-profit youth oriented organization, for 20 years.  She held nine positions over the course of 20 years and gained experience in the areas of diversity management, board development, people management, strategic planning, event planning and course facilitation.

 

Deborah was President of Junior Achievement of South Bend, Indiana (Notre Dame country).  She also led the organization's Diversity effort at the Worldwide Headquarters of Junior Achievement.  Deborah has developed, trained and purchased curriculum for the organization to meet specific development objectives.  She is experienced in program awareness, customer service, project management, customer focused selling, volunteer management, leadership development, and people and process management.

 

Deborah is an event planner and has executed week-long staff conferences and regional trainings for over 500 + attendees on a yearly basis.  She has managed both people and financial resources.

 

Deborah is a multi-course instructor for Dale Carnegie Training in Colorado Springs.  She has been instructing for 10 years, and was selected the Instructor of the Year for Dale Carnegie Denver in 2003.

 

She currently serves as a Board Member for Harrison School District 2 and the Colorado Springs Early College.  Deborah is pursuing her Masters Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix in Human Resource Management.
